You will work with an advisor who views you as a partner, not a portfolio. You will receive honest, objective and practical advice. We offer a complimentary initial risk assessment and portfolio review because we believe it is critical for you to get this right – whether it’s with us or another firm. Once we identify your personal investment risk tolerance, we compare this with your current portfolio allocation to determine if they are compatible. The objective is to maximize the expected return for your given level of risk, never to encourage clients to assume unnecessary risk while chasing higher returns.
Your initial commitment to us is a 15-minute conversation so we can understand a little about you and your personal situation. From there, you will receive a risk questionnaire to determine your personal risk score. Proper planning involves an in-depth understanding of a client’s willingness, ability and need to assume risk. This process takes approximately five minutes to complete. The last step is providing us with your current investments and then we get to work.
After our initial analysis, we provide some high-level feedback to explain if you are invested appropriately. If your current financial plan and investment portfolio are suitable and optimized to achieve your goals, you will hear that from us. We’re not looking to complicate things or convince you our services are needed; we are here to deliver honest and transparent financial advice. We recognize that for us to add value, there must be a need that we can fill, and the fit must be right.
There is no further commitment required, no pressure to continue the relationship, only an opportunity for you to ask more questions to determine if working with us is right for you.
If you are comfortable and prepared to move forward, we begin the planning process and you start your journey toward financial empowerment. If you commit to us, we commit to you, building your comprehensive financial plan, guiding you through the process and educating you as you work to achieve your goals.
“TWENTY YEARS FROM NOW YOU WILL BE MORE DISAPPOINTED BY THE THINGS THAT YOU DIDN’T DO THAN BY THE ONES YOU DID DO.”
